Whether your marriage feels distant, your adult kids are breaking your heart, or you're stretched thin between everyone else's needs — you deserve a space to finally put yours first. I'm here for that.
Certified Expertise
A rare combination of nursing experience and licensed counseling — which means I understand you as a whole person, not just a presenting problem.

No cookie-cutter approach here. I listen with genuine empathy, reflects back what I notice, and tailor every session to what you actually need.
Rewarding Results
You won't just leave with a feeling — you'll leave with insights, tools, and resources you can put to work in your relationships and your life.
Hello, I am CherylYour Trusted Counselor.
I'm so glad you're here.
Maybe you're lying awake at night worrying about your marriage — wondering how you and your spouse became strangers under the same roof. Maybe you have an adult child whose choices are breaking your heart and you don't know how to love them without losing yourself. Or maybe you're so busy holding everyone else together — your kids, your parents, your partner — that you can't remember the last time someone asked how you were doing.
This is exactly who I show up for.
I'm a wife, a mom to adult children, and a nurse who spent years caring for people before becoming a licensed counselor. I didn't come to this work from a textbook — I came to it from real life. And I know that this season, as full and as heavy as it can be, doesn't have to be something you just survive.
You deserve more than that. Let's find it together.
